As Per New Laws in China, the Identities of the Users of App Store Has to Be Kept Track of by Apple and Developers

The laws are meant large to silence or remove any offensive content or political dissent which has to be silenced or taken out if it is can create any kind of problem. For the end users, this also acts a protection of their privacy. At the same time, these regulations seem to be really tough and also make it very difficult for app developers.

The screening process of the apps can cause a delay in the launch of the app in the App Store. Apart from that, it will impose a burden that is said to be really big even on the other developers as well as companies like Apple.

IF you look at the present screening process, it is said that even the most simplified process that is available for the developers in the local market, have to submit their apps for screening 20 days before they plan to launch it. When it comes to foreign companies, the simplified process is not applicable for them. For the approval process they may also have to take the help of the assistance of third party companies or consultants which can end up costing a lot more.
