Everything calmed down after the storm, but another war is slowly starting. FBI will demolish Apple’s pride and they want to transform Apple to just another tech giant, which obeys all orders. But in round 2, Apple is not alone; they have support from a few companies. People are much aware of encryption and privacy; these terms have special meaning to them. Several important issues remained unresolved and a sense of fear has been instilled in Apple. The Amendment is needed, but Apple’s arguments are not baseless, their fight is not meaningless. Where serving people is the primary thing, no half measures are possible.

There is no trust between these two bodies and that has given birth to suspicion. Neither of them wants to lose, but victory will not come by defeating. FBI accessed two phones and they have defeated Apple in their own game. The agency never disclosed any internal technological details, but they are capable of doing the unthinkable. This rivalry sometimes seems strange, as they are not even competitors. The moral differences acted as the catalyst here and the fire looks ominous. This battle questions everything and some answers are still not available. Apple’s characteristics and FBI’s principles are similar; two dominant forces can’t survive in the same place.

Criminal cases need sensitive information and this technological assistance is often given by big companies. Perhaps, Apple stores information too, but they will never publicly admit that. The company feared that FBI can change their position anytime and then Apple will have nowhere to go. To avoid the trap, they stood strong, but unfortunately a bigger trap was waiting for them. FBI brilliantly positioned the pieces and defeating them was impossible. By creating inaccessible devices, Apple looks to protect information, but such a thing requires exceptional technology. Avoiding surveillance is not easy and to some extent, it is necessary.
