The fight is in between the government and the tech giant Apple now. Apple In Legal Soup Again, This Time Again For Data Encryption

Apple has been consistently saying no for all such request from the court of law and there is a reason behind this. Apple as a company has an established name in the market. They don’t want to simply disclose the data of their consumers in the market. It is completely against their policy to leak the private data in the market. Their device is encrypted and it is nearly impossible to find the data from it without contacting the team of Apple. In one of the odd cases Apple helped government in recovering the data from the suspect phone who was held in a child molestation case however ever since then no such kind gesture has been shown by the company.

FBI has filed a case against them too. The government is literally trying t push them for helping and sharing data from confidential devices however Apple still choose to stay upfront about their choices. The road may not be easy and if at all Apple loses the case then they will have to entertain and handle all such cases which will be coming from the lawyers and court for asking them to produce data from their devices. Apple is handling the legal claim from FBI and final decision is yet to be made.
