The report of Law 360 stated that Virnet X which is a technology company in Texas at a post trial hearing argued that even though there was an injunction blocking the popular messaging feature and video chatting of the company along with what may seem to be a remedy that is harsh for the demand feature to come with a private network. The claim is that this is something which is considered to be necessary considering the harm that the infringement of Apple caused which cannot be repairable. It was also requested by the company that the jury should consider increasing the award for the damages that are done by at least $190 million or more with an argument stating that for unreasonable litigation tactics, the company has been a poster child.
