United States is all occupied with election at the moment. With the two most powerful presidential campaigners standing in the row of the campaign it is quite difficult to decide who will be the next president of United States. On one hand we have Donald Trump and on the other hand we have Hillary Clinton.
In amidst of the nominee election where everyone is trying to analyze the situation, the very popular peer to peer site BitTorrent is trying to cut down the chaos. They have launched their own and independent online live streaming news channel. The “welcome independent voice” is the latest news channel of the BitTorrent. Beginning from July 18, the channel will be independently streaming live news for the people on their own channel.
The news channel of the BitTorrent will be streaming live on BitTorrent Live app from Cleveland. The app and the news channel is currently only available on OS X and the Apple TV. The news team of the BitTorrent will be handled and lead by the former Vice producer of CNN, Harrison Bohrman. He will be the man behind the success of the BitTorrent news channel app. There are few handfuls of prior journalists from former Al Jazeera America as well. Initially the news channel will be only broadcasting news for 12 hours in a day.
The schedule will be for couple of hours in the morning, followed by some news at 2PM and long hours have been booked for evening and late evenings. The efforts of the BitTorrent News isn’t for one time, they will be continuing their efforts in the market to standalone in the competition. They will be slowly working on other areas of the news as well apart from the politics. The project will take time to kick off across all verticals.
