As per the American Customer Satisfaction Index, it showed that last year, Samsung and Apple were both standing at 80% and were neck to neck. Recently the information was released out, while Samsung managed to maintain its spot, Apple moved ahead at 81%. By 1%, the lead was taken by Apple, at 8‐% Samsung managed to stand its ground.
