As Per the American Customer Satisfaction Index Apple Leads by 1%

As per the American Customer Satisfaction Index, it showed that last year, Samsung and Apple were both standing at 80% and were neck to neck. Recently the information was released out, while Samsung managed to maintain its spot, Apple moved ahead at 81%. By 1%, the lead was taken by Apple, at 8‐% Samsung managed to stand its ground.

At 77 stood Lenovo’s Motorola and HTC stood at 75%. At 74% LG stood on its ground. Microsoft mobile along with MS branded phones and Nokia dipped to 74% a combined score of 73% is what stood for the smaller manufacturers. Even though the overall satisfaction scores were won by Apple, however in specific models, it did not manage to hit the top spot. At 85%, iPhone 6 Plus stood its ground. Behind that was the Galaxy Note 5 of Samsung at 86%.

It was noted by ACSI that in general smartphone’s score well when it comes on satisfaction, the main exception is the battery life where the percentage of the satisfaction levels come down to 75%.
