Alpine has launched a 9 inch after‐market car display support this January. The huge screen is now completely available in the market for the purchase. The fashionable i109‐WRA Restyle dash system comes with a very hefty price tag. It comes with a retail purchase for $2500 and shall be only working with the newer Jeep Wranglers. Kia is making the car play service which will be coming in 2016 and 2017. Alpine’s i109‐WRA Restyle dash system will be coming with a 9 inch touch screen and hard key buttons.
The hard buttons available on the system will be there to access the backup camera, the home screen, maps navigation and etc. There is a dedicated button on the device for the microphone. Some of the other features included in the car play device also features three 2V pre‐outs, AM/FM radio, 24‐bit DAC , one AUX AV input,. There is no Bluetooth support for the wireless CarPlay.
Alpine’s jeep Wrangler have also joined the after play market for cars which basically shows a feature of 7 inch capacitive display and is priced at $800 a unit. It is available at $545 at Amazon at its best buy prices, at some of the places it is also available at $599 a piece in retail. Kia has also shared its plan to induce the support system for the iPhone in their pre‐installed models.
Kia is planning to launch their systems 2016 Optima, 2017 Sportage and 2017 Sorento. Some of the features of the car display shall include the sync features of the apps like Music, Maps and the messages. The user may be able to easily check the entire message son the screen while driving. He may be also able to sync the music videos as well as well as the map. These are some of the features which make it promising at the cost it is being sold at.
