This year, it seems that the promotions of Apple pertaining to the Earth Day are going all out. Right from the Apple Store logos and shirts to the free iBook environmental lessons on iPads and even the WWF fundraisers of App store to even the video that was sent out by the company about renewable energy and iMessage and a lot more to the list. It seems that now the company is planning to bring back the focus on Liam which is the recycling robot for iPhone.
The video that was released featured about an interaction that seemed to very clever between the iPhone recycling robot and the virtual assistant and then also goes ahead and invites the user to find about Liam from Siri. If a person does go ahead and find out about Liam, an interesting response will be prompted, along with a link to the recycling page on the company website.
For this week, this is the second time that Siri was used in the promotion of something notableor new on its website which followed the announcement made about the WWDC earlier in the week.
Three exclusive wallpapers were also promoted by the company in regards to their product recycling. A few of the responses that you will get from Siri in regards to Liam would include statements like Liam is an Apple Robot that recycles and iPhones and who does not appreciate smoothies that are organic.
Another response of Siri would state that it is Apple’s new recycling robot and because of Liam, Siri has been having too many existential crises off late. Another reply tells you that Liam was birthed at planet Zoltax which is unobtanium and silicon based and as a young raider; it rose to prominence by recycling the machines that were found the Red Lundar Desert banks and was recruited by the company a few months back.
