Multiple Downloads of Files up to 300MB is Now Possible on Skype Along with Offline Sharing

A new feature is been added by Skype across the various platforms for the file sharing improvement. As per the latest updated, users can now send videos, photos and files at a time which is up to 300 MB even though they are not online . Apart from that, they can even download and access the files that are shared multiple times even if they are offline.

This means, that even if you are on a holiday and want to share a few special moments that were spent at the beach with your friends and family, you can do so even if they are not online and they will be able to access it the minute they come online. Apart from that they will also be able to download any file multiple times that is there on the conversation of Skype which you have shared. This means that on any device where you configure the Skype account, you can still get to access the files.

Before they could settle on the 300MB size, there were various tests that were conducted by Skype, however for sharing files larger than 300 MB; they suggest that the OneDrive should be used. The apps latest versions of Skype can be used on various platforms which include iPhone and Mac. Even the new features can be used the minute the app is downloaded.
