Apple Sales Falls in China, Tough Call for Manufacturers

Apple is facing a tough call in terms of sales for its iPhone. The situation does not look promising for Apple in China. If we look at the current statistics, Apple is towards its downfall in Chinese market. Chinese billionaire Carl Iachn says that he is willing to dump all shares of Apple.

He says that looking at the behavior of the Chinese government. They could block Apple sooner across China. They have already closed down few services of Apple permanently across their border. China is crucial market for Apple and Chinese people does not seem to be favoring Apple. United States people favor Apple a lot. They had been supporting Apple iPhone by upgrading their devices year on year however China has dropped the sales of iPhone by nearly 26 percent.

Apple products are all expensive. If we compare the current devices of the Apple with their earlier versions no major breakthrough technology has been driven by Apple yet. They have not been able to give justice to people. World bank data shows that an average man in China earn $7400 and an iPhones costs no lesser than $680 which means an iPhone could cost 10 percent of salary for any Chinese native. This is probably why they don’t want to spend their money of such expensive gadgets. Apple has raised a lot of competitors in China and all of them are able to deliver good quality of phones which is much lesser than an iPhone. Tim Cook says that Apple is looking towards broader growth in Chinese market. While situation seems to be little tight and tensed in Silicon Valley, it is expected that Apple will recover soon. Tim Cook is busy strategizing for Chinese people. If cost of the device is an issue, we are hopeful that Apple may launch a cheaper version of their device. Who knows they may!
