Apple Has Plans to Expand Their Maps Transit by Adding More Cities and Directions to UK’s National Rail, Miami and Atlanta are Updated Recently

The users of OS X and iOS Map apps can now get easy navigation while using the rail and bus systems while they are at Miami and Atlanta. There are official icons that are market for different lines. This will also make it possible to show the various routes and combinations that can be chosen from.

For the U.K residents, the important thing is the support for the National Rail. This is due to the fact that various rail systems having been incorporated that not only spans across different cities but also the countryside. This is also helpful for those who want to make various cross country trips, while there are separate public transportation systems are present in some cities.

The transit support of the Maps is said to be very limited. Just a few cities are covered in the US. In other countries, the support is said to be a lot thinner and go even go to the extent where you are talking of just one or two cities that would be in the list. China is the only one that seems to have an exception.

There are also plans that Apple may be considering to widen their transit support during the launch of the next version of OS X and iOS 10 which is said to arrive during the fall of this year. The pair will be previewed by the company in San Francisco during the Worldwide Developers Conference week. This could also give the company the benefit of trying to see how they can go ahead and expand the service and also check how the Map and transit feature of the company can be enhanced. Even though as of now, there seems to be limited cities in the list, however the company is gradually working on this front to bring in more cities.
