The core internet business of Yahoo is said to be an estimated worth that has been put by many is between $4 ‐ $8 billion.

It is said that the in hand cash that Twitter had was around $3.6 billion at the end of the first quarter. This is why such an acquisition would not be an idea which would be outrageous. As per the Post, it seems to be that the bid has not been taken seriously y by Twitter. While the CEO of Yahoo met the officials of Twitter, however Jack Dorsey, the CEO of the company was not one of the names in the list. This resulted in the question being let out that if in a management meeting, the CEO of the company has not turned up, it can only get you to imagine how serious it could really be.

The one thing that was noted was that the response from both ends towards the questions that were put across was on the same grounds that did not want to comment on speculations and rumors.
