The Committee of the US Senate Intelligence leaders are now almost completing a bill that is being drafted which is in regards to tech companies being penalized in the event if they resist the orders made by the court for assistance is not resisted. The sources who cited the matter reported that Sen. Richard Burr the Chairman of the Intelligence Committee along with Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the Vice Chair Personal are not close to completing the legislation that can land companies in trouble for not adhering to the court order. This could also result in penalties and court charges being fined.
The forthcoming legislation as per the rumours that was circulated this February had said that the stage of planning had already started at that time.
