In November, the first Apple Store is all set to be opened in Singapore as the construction of the Store is on full swing. As per what has been what has been floating the internet, the alterations and additions of the shop is said to be done by October 31st. By this you can also say that probably by the following month, the shop may open.
The progress of the construction of the building was seen through a few photos that were sent by Reader Myles which can also be seen online. The shop is said to be located on Orchard Road and even Angela Ahrendts, the retail head of Apple had also confirmed about the first store of Apple in Singapore. Through an email it was revealed as to where the location of the store would be. This was sent by a former tenant of the building, on the island, it is said that the Orchard Road is said to be the upscale and main retail location.
Beck in January, the first photos were seen of the commencing work however the ones that were sent out showed the significant changes and work that have been done for the store. In the photos, you can see the work that has been done on the first three floor of the mall where the Apple plans to have their store. Even My Apple Singapore which is a Local Apple blog has also been keeping a track of the progress of the store since November of last year.
In one of the posts that had been written on July 21st, that there were substantial progress that has been made towards construction of the store. In front of the mall, even the white canvas that was there had been removed which clearly could be an indication that focus of the work of the store is just like the other stores of Apple that is all across the globe.
