The latest thing that has been up for auction is the Apple l which is said to be the early model. The model that was kept up for auction was named as the Celebration model. The reason why this model is said to be unique is due to the fact that PCB board which is black in color is featured.

Due to this particular feature, it can easily be said that this particular model was probably a model of the pre-production test as it seems to be earlier than the two productions that were known which Apple ran. There is also a video that is available by Corey Cohen who is a historian. In the video, the complete explanation has been given about how this machine is rare.

In the video it shows the different components and sockets that are present in the machine which is different from the other boards that Apple has. Steve Wozniak, the co founder of Apple also went ahead and confirmed that the Apple 1 by Apple was never sold along with a black board. Cohen furthermore noted that the unit which he has seen of the Apple1 is one which is very unique.

Another thing that is a possibility is that the manufacturing of the Apple 1 might have been in 1976 during the summer time. This is the reason it can be also considered as one of the earliest models till date that anybody has come across. It has also been suggested by Cohen that the person who wins the Apple l, should keep it on a display and do anything with it since it is in a pristine condition.
