Apple is all about making life better; they are bent on making the experience better. Various teams were scattered, Apple is unifying cloud teams. Employees will work together now and build improved features. From Apple Maps to Apple Pay, developments are coming on a large scale. The teams should be in a common office from now; the internal communication will be seamless. As the teams operated from remote locations, the development was slow and many software bugs were formed. Cook will not listen to any excuses from now on, performance comes first. Business models will be formed, but making money is secondary.
Construction work is going on in some campuses; it is equipped with high-tech equipments. The campus is huge; as many as 13,000 people will work there. In 2017, the employees will leave their old office and enter this building. Some community programs will also happen, the bonding will be strengthened. The teams will focus on common problems; they will share their expertise and coordinate with various departments. Security risks will be eliminated from cloud services; users will never feel tensed again. They can’t remember passwords for everything, the process becomes very complicated. Some terrible software issues happened in 2016, Apple was not pleased.
The security issues were fixed, customer preferences were kept; map details, music choices and personal documents will not be tracked now. The information is not even in their servers, it is not collected. Siri’s problems are massive, some parts were terribly faulty. The improved platform will have no glitches. As far as ‘Map’ is concerned; Apple is far behind Google. They need better integration and more data. Google servers tamper the data, before giving it to Apple; they have to find other ways now. Apple believes that these services affected customers; they got angry on the phone. Every part of this system must function seamlessly.
