In Beijing. The sales of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus has been placed on halt as Apple has been ordered by a Chinese authority. The reason behind is ids due to the recent allegations that was put on the company in regards to the design of the iPhone which is said to be a copy of one of the smartphone that are made locally.
The Californian based company had recently been part of a ruling that was given by The Beijing Intellectual Property Bureau that a patient right of 100C was infringed. This is a handset which is produced by Baili, a company that is based in Southern China’s Shenzhen.
Zhongfu Telecom Equipment who is the distribution partner and Apple. have made an appeal at the Beijing Intellectual Property court against the ruling, this is as per the reports of People’s Daily Online. As per the report the claims that Shenzhen Baili Marketing Service Company has made is in regards to the iPhone 6 and 6S Plus design is said to be very similar to the 100 Plus model which is a smartphone of the company.
The request has been made by them at the Beijing Intellectual Property Bureau that neither Apple nor their partner in distraction should be allowed to sell the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6.The patent application had been submitted by Baili to the concerned authority of China On January 13, 2014, the application had been submitted for its 100 plus, and this was around 9 months before the release of iPhone 6 by Apple. This was the information that had been provided by the Paper.
The bureau in a statement said that even though there are minor difference between the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s Plus from the 100 Plus of Baili, however those changes are so subtle that no one can really notice it.
