Apple Launches Digital Payment Services In Singapore

Apple pay actually is on full roll now. Apple is very sincerely developing their relationships with banks and the retailers towards launching their projects in the market. Apple has already launched their project in some of the countries like U.S., UK, Canada, Australia and China. Singapore is the sixth place now where Apple is featuring their services in full swing. Apple is very excited to launch their Apple pay digital payment service in Singapore.

The vice president of the company Jennifer Bailey briefed The Straits Times now people won’t be requiring carrying their wallets anywhere or everywhere. They can certainly stay away with their purse at home as the company has featured their digital payment service for them. There are some of the banks which are currently not working with them like HSBC, Citibank, Maybank and ANZ apart from them all of the banks have tied up with the services of the Apple pay. Singapore being a good developed economy was a favorable target for the Apple.

They always wanted to launch their services for the people of the Singapore. There are more than 30,000 places in Singapore where their services will be easily accepted using the Visa and Master cards. More than the 80 percent of the transactions in country is reportedly accounted by DBS Bank, POSB, United Overseas Bank (UOB), OCBC Bank and also Standard Chartered Bank. As if now the services of the Apple are limited to the cap of SG$100 however sooner the cap will be lifted to a higher amount by the banks and people will be able to shop more using their services. IN the next leg Apple is planning to launch their services in countries like Brazil, Japan, France and India. Apple has seen a lot of potential in all of these places. Apple will be taking over the whole world soon with their services in near future.
