Google had recently held their conference. Android’s Vice President of engineering spoke a lot about their product Android N. Dave Burke spoke about the new added features to their device which is said to be spicing up the user experience. He spoke about certain features which were also not available in iOS devices. He claims Android N to be arguably better than iOS. Google will be launching the update for the Android OS by this fall. What is new in the Android N which is claiming it to be better than the iOS? Let us quickly find out the major vast differences between both the operating systems and also what new with Android N:
Google Virtual Voice Assistant: Like Siri Google has also developed own support system which runs from the voice and helps the user to figure out what needs to be done. Unlike Siri this voice coach will be running back and forth, here the conversation between the machine and user will go from one end to another for example if the user wants to book the tickets of a movie then Google Assistant will be doing the end to end work to books the tickets for the user.
Split Screen: There is another every decent functionality added to the Google’s Android which is split screen feature it allows the users to perform multi‐tasking. As if now the multi‐tasking facility I only available in the iPads with iOS 9 and above.
Instant Apps: There are certain apps which are more of used very frequently. This feature is available with Android N where the user can directly use the features of the apps without even downloading them. This feature is really helpful in cases where the user is making digital payments.
Doze on the Go: It is one of the power saving feature of the Android which N which shall snooze the phone when the user is too far from the device. It helps in lowering down the power consumption and making the phone last longer. The feature is also available in iOS however it needs to be tapped to activate.
