There is a new app that is has hit the store of Mac Apps called TermHere. This is an app which works as a Finder extension. After installing it, you need to ensure that it is enabled as this way a new shortcut will be made after you open the Finder and right click it. A terminal window is opened which points out to the directory that is working currently.
After the installation of the TermHere App, the System Preferences needs to be opened and the option Extensions has to be selected so that the TermHere Finder extension can be enabled. After this is done, then just by right clicking inside the window of the Finder, the shortcut of the New Terminal Here can be viewed.
