In one of the sad incidents two boys were lost at sea on their fishing voyage. No clue was found about both the boys however an iPhone 6s was recovered from the sea which belonged to one of the boys. Apple dived in between to help the parents of the boys and promised them to help.
Apple told the families that they will be recovering the data from the phone to find the missing clues. The recovered iPhone was in a very bad condition due to salt water and moisture. In the recent update Apple has said no to the families finally breaking all their hopes further. Since last July two young boys the 14‐year‐olds Austin Stephanos and Perry Cohen failed to return back from their boating trip. There has been no clue since on their loss.
The 19 foot boat they used to sail for fishing has been recovered from Bermuda back 100 miles away from the coast. Apple told the families to help. They said that in order to run the diagnostics tests they will have to perform a chemical analysis on the phone in order to restore it properly. The families were thankful to the company for helping them proactively however Apple failed twice in their own attempts. Apple has finally agreed upon handing over the phone back to the family. They have told the family to get it checked with some other expert. The families are not agreeing to the put‐up from Apple. They want them to explore every avenue to restore the phone for retaining the last memory of their son. Indeed a very sad incident from Apple’s end. They have failed as a company to help the families with their last hope. The family thinks Apple is quitting too early and does not want them to help them may be.
