Ever since iOS 9.3 came out, one or the other problem keeps on coming. Apple is tired of the complaints and they literally have no clue, as to what is going wrong. With iOS 9.3.1 some problems were taken care of, but a few unsolved problems are still there. This bug particularly targets Sprint users and the connection strength is very poor. Apple contacted the company to work together on this issue, but no positive results are achieved yet. Internet users prefer high speed connection and 3G networks are slowly becoming obsolete. This is the age of LTE and 5G, but if the handset is faulty, nothing much can be done.
Users took to twitter to share their problems and some Reddit posts were also seen. By using these social platforms, they can easily contact the concerned company and hope, their problem gets solved. Apple mysteriously seeds updates after updates and users are caught in a web of problems. If one update solves app crashes, it gives rise to net connectivity issues. Sprint acted seriously and promised users, this won’t trouble them for long. By bulk texting, everyone got a notification about this connectivity problem. Some angry customers lost their cool and blamed Apple for this unnecessary issue. The fix has to be very strong to remove this bug.
It’s not about apologizing; it’s about quality of service and commitment. Maybe Apple has no direct connection to this, but as their name got involved, the reputation management team needs to step in quickly. An immediate remedy is definitely not coming and Apple Support is getting tons of messages. The firm issued carrier updates previously, but it was not that serious. Moreover, similar bugs can also arise with future updates and Apple’s reaction to that will be very important. One week passed and Sprint says the solution is almost ready.
