Last year during the summers, Apple had made a social announcement that there were plans to open their office space which would be the 1st major one in the city of San Francisco. This has not officially been confirmed by Reuters in a report that was released recently. In the report it states that the company is planning to open their new office in one of the high rent neighbourhood of the city. It is believed that the company has taken a space that is around 76,000 sq feet so that they can open a new office. It is also believed that this would be a two floor space.

The two floors that have been leased by the company have a lot of open space as well as ceilings which are exposed. This kind of structure is something that is a preferred choice of the tech aesthetic.

There are many theories that have been surrounding this move, while some say that the company needs so much of room so that they can accommodate the two subsidiaries which are already having their base in the city that is the Topsy Labs which is a firm that deals with social media analytics and Beats music.

On the other hand there is also a suggestion that the reason behind such a move is so that the company can attract tech talent that is young and fresh. Considering the amount of competition there is in the market and the want for new talent is also growing, it looks like the company is giving the sign openly that they are also in the war for searching for new tech talent.

It is also believed that another reason also why the company is planning to open such a space is so that their employees can have an office that is easily accessible.
