Richmond went ahead and also put a situation in front of Sewell stating that if a terrorist had details of a nuclear bomb and its location on his phone and for some reason dies, then how long would the company take to provide the necessary information as to where it is located, or would the company be able to do anything about it in a short time. Sewell answered the question stating that the first thing the company would have done is to get all the necessary data that surrounds the phone, the company has an emergency set of procedures in pace that is followed in such cases to ensure that everything is done.

He even went on to say that even when Flight 370 of Malaysia Airlines had gone down, the company went ahead and spoke to all their operators talking to the different telephone providers across the world, they even talking to the people of the airlines. Along with that, they were working with the FBI to find some way to locate the phone.

With this statement, the one thing what we go to know is that Apple in its own ways is involved in so many different things that is happening Globally. No one would have ever thought about the fact that the company would play any kind of part in the search and rescue operation of the airline.
