It was controversial yet entertaining. The audience had mixed reviews about the biopic on Apple’s founder Steve Jobs. Aaron Sorkin did a remarkable job with the script and Danny Boyle was exceptional with his directorial skills. At last the movie is available on Blu‐ray, and we are really excited. The DVD version was also publicly available as it was launched on February 16, 2016. There were many reasons as to why the box office response was not as expected, but we will not go into that. The story was no doubt engaging and the style of movie‐making was entirely different. It was not like the other Steve Jobs movie, where Ashton Kutcher played the lead character. The plot revolved around three Product keynotes by Jobs.
Special DVD packs also include exclusive clips and other scenes. If you didn’t get the time to watch the movie in the movie theatres, you can own the DVD or the Blu‐Ray version and watch it whenever you wish to. Digital versions are released much later, but this one was released a bit earlier. “Steve Jobs” is available on iTunes and digital download can also be performed. But it should be noted here that, in spite of much hue and cry about the movie, Apple didn’t go for any special promotion. In the iTunes storefront, the movie doesn’t have a special placement.
The film has some sides which are just brilliant. The character portrayals are simply magnificent and the development period has been shown beautifully. Moreover, in a film like this, we expect vivid technological details and the film delivers in this section. It is a real life story and Boyle has catered that expertly. He is known for realistic movies and they have a magnificent artistic side to them. Kate Winslet bagged a BAFTA for her role and she deserves much applause.
