As media becomes more and more diverse, big conglomerates are swallowing the small brands. Each genre will have one big leader and everything will be controlled by them. AT&T was silent for a long time, they roared recently. This deal is not big, it is huge. The cost of each share is $107.50, AT&T bought everything. A mobile carrier never ventured into the world of media, this was rather new. The normal legal process is under progress and the formalities will be completed soon. The anticompetitive regulations are strange; the future will look different now.

The carrier will now enter the glamorous entertainment business; things are looking bright and sunny for them. Time Warner had some famous media properties; it included CNN, HBO, WB film studio, etc. The negotiations are almost complete, but regulatory approval is needed. AT&T will get total control in 2017; many new things can happen at that time.

People will may much less for paid contents, mobile will dominate the scene. AT&T will charge more money for data services; they will get the money back in no time. When every company is focusing on mobile,AT&T became the big fish. Time Warner’s biggest asset is their content, AT&T has various distribution channels. These two forces will create a stronger giant, Verizon is clueless.
Politicians are scared after this deal, they are speaking different things. A concentration of power is happening here, Trump is furious. These houses can’t regulate everything; the government has to step in. People’s voice will not be heard after this, the situation is dangerous.
