The new technology being dubbed by the scientists have scaled memory. It has used a bed of copper with more than 60,000 placed chlorine atoms. All of these atoms are scattered randomly and also managed to store each and every bit of information at a single time.

Going by the claims of the scientists and the researcher’s, area density of the storage device with the latest technology will be 502 terabits per square inch. All the storage devices which are being currently shipped in the market have the have the highest area density of 1.34 terabits per square inch.
