Majority of game lovers could not believe their eyes when they first saw the press release from Nintendo. It has been announced by the company that Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition is going to be launched soon. This is nothing but a plug and play console that is much smaller in size than other traditional game consoles. Moreover, it is packed with near about 30 classic games.
Nintendo is selling this game console for $59.99 and it is scheduled to get released on 11th November, 2016. Along with 30 in-built games it comes with an AC adapter, an HDMI cable and an NES Classic Controller. You can also choose to buy a second controller for just $9.99. The second controller will be able to work with Virtual Console NES games when you plug in a Wii Remote. Both Wii U and Wii versions are supported by the console.
No stopping with new console
It seems that the console itself functions on the Virtual console that Nintendo has included with the other machine. This means you are offered save points. You can now pause any game, saved, suspend and turn it off without hampering the progress for a second. It’s time to forget your old NES consoles if they are giving out several problems. With the new system on its way, get ready to play virtual console games with ease.
This plan on part of Nintendo might seem ridiculous to some emulation enthusiasts. You can start with zero and go to a full NES gaming setup just within half an hour. Among the 30 games some of the popular ones are Bubble Bobble, Balloon fight, Castlevania, donkey Kong, Dr. Mario, Final Fantasy, Excitebike, etc.
Console for the masses
This mini NES is not really for technically sound people. This console is designed for the masses that still hold on fond memories of their childhood playing NES games. As this console is affordable so parents can replay all the games with the kids.
