Just like how third part apps work, the Dashboard also functions in the similar grounds like the TweetDeck which is owned b Twitter or the Hoot suit. Tweets can be scheduled accordingly so that businesses will get to know in advance what has to be done. Apart from that, they can also view various analytics about the performance of the tweet over time. On the basis of keywords, businesses will be notified by Dashboard so that they can get to know what customers think about them, this would be applicable even of the name of the business has not been mentioned by them.
