Ultimate Ears that is owned by Logitech announced on Tuesday about the update for their software for the Mega boom Bluetooth speakers and Boom 2. As per the update, without using the tablet or phone, Google Now or Apple’s Siri can be triggered by users. After the improved iOS apps of Mega boom or Boom is downloaded. Just by tapping the button of the Bluetooth that is present on the speakers, on the paired devices which is connected to Siri can be triggered by users. Through microphones which are in‐built the voice input will be accepted by the speakers.
The updates for both will be available for users shortly, the one thing that is not new is using Bluetooth to trigger Siri, and the Beats Pill of Apple already provides the option. Even though this is not a universal support option, however with proper implementation, the control of making music becomes easy. It can also be used to control the various accessories of HomeKit and even check the weather or set reminders.
