She managed to take the spotlight during the Worldwide Developers Conference of Apple as she became the star. Anvitha Vijay who was the youngest developer at the WWDC event had won the hearts of everybody. She is from Melbourne Australia and created an iPhone/iPad app back home. This app was all about animals. She had applied for the scholarship and also managed to win it so that she could be a part of the Worldwide Developers Conference of Apple.
She was delighted all the more when she heard the word YES from Apple. Well not only is she seen hanging out with Time Cook, the CEO of Apple, however she is also seen taking out selfies with other developers who are all grownup. She is also seen signing autographs and even sharing her experiences.
When she was asked about what she felt of Time Cook, she went on to say in her interview that it was really nice and he is really good. Even during the keynote on Monday, a shout out was given to Vijay by Cook. There were 350 college and high school students that had been invited for free by Apple so that they could be a part of the Conference. Amongst everyone present there, she was the youngest Apple developer. The winners of the scholarship of Apple will go ahead and get programming and coding sessions. They will also get the opportunity to mingle and mix with the various veterans app developers.
She went on to also state that for her it was like a dream to be present in the event and to meet people who came there. She also said that there is a lot more that has to be learnt as she felt that in coding, she had only touched the iceberg’s tip.
