When it comes to China, foreign companies find it really tough to do business with them. Well this is something that even Apple seems to be going through. There has been word that Apple has been facing a really hard time. Back in April, there was a ban on the iBookstore and iTunes Movies, even the company’s iPhones of the previous generations have become a target.

It has even stated that apparently the design of those iPhones have said to be infringed of a Smartphone that has been designed by a Chinese company. The model named 100C which is a brand of 100+ seems to have the same design the iPhone is said to have.

Due to this, in Beijing, the sales of the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6 has been banned by the Beijing Intellectual Property office. The reason that was given is the fact that considering the minute difference between the two smartphone’s, it will not be easy for consumers to tell them apart. For general consumers, this can be something that can be really confusing to understand which smartphone belongs to the 100C and which is the Apple design.

An administrative litigation has been initiated so that the ban can be reversed. In China, there have been previous attempts that have been made by Apple; however it seems to be that they have failed. Well it seems to be that in this fight, Apple really needs a lot of luck so that they can win it.
