The iOS’s 10th major version was released during the Worldwide Developers Conference that was hosted by Apple. Thanks to the devotion of the people behind it, now the base 10 release also means that a retrospective is something that should really be done. As per the plan, the most seminal features are something that has to be given a look at.
A Google Doc had been made some time back where it showed how the iOS’s N ways have forever changed the User Interfaces. Every version that the iPhone came up with was tracked down and was turned on. The tiny pixilated screens were squinted and laughed at. Another thing that made us laugh a lot was the fact that the push notification feature was not advisable. This is when things became nostalgic.
However another thing that was realized was that over time, there have been a lot of changes that have been made towards thee hardware it runs on. However, what was all the more interesting was there were a few things that had not changed. What was more impressive was about how in the first try itself, Apple hit the bull’s eye with the iOS. A breaking point in smartphone’s had been reached in 2007; this was possible due to various features like the net surfing, text messages, phone calls, calendars and emails. However things were not cutting with the old ways.
The trackball and scroll wheel of Blacker Berry was perfect when scrolling through BBMs and emails, however what felt like the past was the on screen buttons and the navigation of going towards the left or right. Even when the stylus came, it did kind of help out however you still had to figure out that when you wanted to use the keyboard, where it could be placed. The abilities of the Smartphone’s had very slowly and quietly outstripped its own interface.
