The focus of Google on OS X and iOS apps is something that can be appreciated especially for those who use the services of the company regularly. In the recent announcement and introduction of four latest apps which may be released first on the Apple platform. It can also be released in a terrific way simultaneously so that n it’s the rich ecosystem, people can be pulled.
In regards to this context, Allo is something that stands out. This is a chat system that which is distinct from Gchat and Google Hangout. The features are a combination of what you would get on Siri and iMessage. Another thing that is in place is the intelligent agent that is known as Google Assistant, this can be used in order to provide contextual actions and search results. Even though demonstrations have been given by Google, however by the looks of it, it seems to be that the Google Assistant responds and listens to the cues instead of an invocation that is required. The intend cannot be examined due to the fact that the shipping of the product has still not started.
As of now, we can only assume that the privacy policy that is applicable is on a general note. Even if you look at the features, then the end to end encryption will not be offered by Allo. This is due to the fact that the connections will not be sniffed out by the network traffic due to the access that a casual snoopers may have. Within the Google server, for all parties, the encryption will be terminated. The data will be transited back and forth between the participants.
In comparison to the end to end encryption, the user to server encryption is not where in the connection. The only reason why the user to server encryption would be enabled instead of the end to end encryption is due to business reasons.
