The own ads of Taylor Swift has been really successful, now following that, Apple Music managed to get DJ Khaled who is the latest Snapshot sensation on two latest ads. Another thing that is feature is his catch phrases which are famous. In the first ad, you get to see Naomi Campbell the supermodel alongside him playing his latest track while they are driving down the highway. In the second ad, it features Ray Liotta and him at a nail salon getting a manicure and pedicure done where he breaks down Apple Music for him.
If you have a look at both the ads, the focus is heavily on the app of Apple Music and the ease of its use. The first ad that features Naomi Campbell, it can be seen that a curated playlist of Apple was found by DJ Khaled, The latest OVO collaboration track that also features Drake which is being played. They are seen pulling over at the beach and the two are seen embracing each other. Campbell is shown by DJ Khaled how the app can be opened easily. It also features how a playlist can be found and get it playing. Before a kiss is shared, it is seen that the playlist of Bump n Grind is played by him.
This is where things get a little awkward due to the twist of the ad. When you watch at the second ad, you will see Ray Liotta and Khaled discussing the large catalog of Apple Music. In this you can see how Ray’s character cannot believe that just by paying $9.99 a month, the year can play any song that they want. It even goes to the extent where Khaled is challenged by him to play Doobie Brothers Minute by Minute and gets shocked to find even that song exists in the music collection.
