There have been rumors and speculations that have been mounting of late about the introduction of Thunderbolt display which is said to be a high resolution display that the company is planning to launch. It is also believed that this display will have its own graphics card which is discrete. Well for those who had hopes cold water has been poured thanks to the latest reports.
Well as per the word that is around, it is believed that during the World wide Developers Conference, no such device would be seen. While no source names have been cited, however a report did state that in the immediate future the 5K display Thunderbolt connected monitor with Retina will not be out anytime soon. Though some teasing was seen in the report where it stated that during the presentation of Apple, a lot of cool stuff would be unveiled, but there were no specifications given as to what it could really be.
In the recent years, very little interest has been shown by the company in regards to their stand alone display. Based on the earlier report that had been refuted, it was suggested that the company was preparing to launch the Thunderbolt Retina 5K display which came along with its own graphic card that was integrated. It had also been stated that a GPU was also going to be put i the display so that the entire Mac would have the capability of driving the necessary pixels that was needed for a screen of ultra high resolution.
Over the years, there have been repeated inventory stock outs that has happened this also helped the various speculations that was created in regards to the forthcoming update that is yet to happen.
