It has been announced by Apple that there are plans of the company as part of the latest innovative to accelerate the iOS developer community’s growth in India by supporting engineering talent. The company is thinking about establishing a Design and Development Accelerator in the Silicon Valley of India Bengaluru. There are many iOS developers that are there in India which make various kinds of apps that are compatible with iOS.

This is an initiative that the company plans to take in order to provide specialize and additional support to the developers. There will be a special Team of Apple that will instruct and inspire the developers so that their practises are the best. This team will also provide them an opportunity to not just transform their designs but also to home their skills so that the performance and quality of the apps.

The company’s CEO, Tim Cook stated that the country is home to one of the most entrepreneurial and vibrant iOS development communities and with the opening of the Bengaluru facility, it would provide access to necessary tools that developers need in order to help them come up with apps which are innovative.

Bengaluru is known to be the home of a lot of IT Professionals as well as technology start‐up’s. The tech sector of the city is home to more than a million people who work for this particular sector. Just from the local universities, there are around 40% of the graduates who specializes in information technology or engineering.

As per Deepinder Goyal, the CEO of Zomato, he stated that this initiative of Apple is something that can enhance the confidence of the developer community in India as well as provide them with the opportunity to not only gain development expertise however also gain the benefit or world class design. The support that will be provided by Apple will help accelerate and grow the progress amount the vast talent pool in the country.
