When questioned about weather this was supposed to happen, the representative said yes in response to the question asked. As per the own support of document of Apple, this was inaccurate.
The reason as to why this was happening and the bug that was causing the problem is yet to be known. The company even failed to reproduce the problem however as per the statement made by the company, they stated that they managed to narrow down the problem not to Apple music but to iTunes.
