A new patent application is being adopted by Apple which is a system that helps the receiver of the message know when the autocorrect feature was used. In a recent disclosure, the method of this feature was disclosed. It is a simple thing, if in a message, the operating system automatically corrects any word, it will be highlighted for the receiver so that they will get to know which word it was. At present this feature will only be available for the sender and in a limited circumstance that is after using the dictation feature. The word would be pointed out with the help of a blue underline by the iOS just in case it is not sure about the word that is in question.
Apart from that, the words will be changed just like how it normally does. It is combined with the speed of input from a QWERTY keyboard, due to the fact that the messages are not reviewed by people after it is typed and is sent just like that, it has resulted in some miscommunications that can be really hilarious.
The new invention of Apple is to fix this problem by extending the present model of the post dictation feature. The words that were changed would be seen by the recipients however the original word that was typed would not be available for them to see. The hopes that Apple has with this service to get a clarification by asking the recipients in the form of the various optionsthat will be provided. The person can select the right word that is intended to state out what is being told in the message that was sent to them. The invention of this service was given to Christopher J. Hynes who is the brains behind the invention of the Application No. 14/815,910 under the US Patents.
