For a long time now, there have been rumors of a new Apple car coming out in the recent future. On the other hand, no concrete indication has come out till recently when a popular German news publication published a post. According to the post published, Apple may have plans to employee the top Austrian automobile manufacturing company, Magna, to build their first Apple car. The report further goes on into stating that Apple has already gathered a team of elite engineers, who work at a secret lab in Berlin to create what can be said, the most awaited smart car of the decade.

Magna is the company who has been responsible for creations like the X3 for BMW, BMW Clubman and the Paceman Mini. Reports further state that Magna will most probably remain the company BMW goes to for their automobile manufacturing for the next few years. As for the authenticity of the information given in the German report, nothing can be said. On the other hand, since Germany and Austria are home to some of the largest names in the automotive business, it is not a surprise that Apple will in fact approach these two areas for their very first smart car.

Home to world leaders in car manufacturing companies like Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and Audi, this region may be the best place to approach for building a state of the art futuristic car. Although the reports are logically quite believable, they lack in the intricate details which make it a 100% authentic. On the other hand, with all the car related activities Apple has gone through within a year, it can be made sure that Apple is indeed planning for a new state of the art, futuristic Apple Car.
