From a long time Samsung has been preparing its gear for supporting Apple’s IOS platform. Samsung’s S2 gear as if now only works on the Android platform. It does not support the IOS platform. During the last year show of the consumer electronics Samsung promised to be launching the new updates sooner for the s2 gear. According to a post on the famous XDA forum some of the leaked images of an iPhone app has been released which is said to be supporting the Samsung gear. Samsung’s S2 gear is not also completely based on Android platform. It is working on the Tizen platform which is one of the operating system developed by Samsung.

If the images are confirmed then it could be great news for the gear owners. They can easily switch from Android platform to Apple devices for their gear. They would have to no longer stay in touch with their Samsung phones for running the gear properly.

Apple has been working on a lot of things and who knows in near future they may bring something similar like this. As if now the sources of the images are not confirmed. It is being called as fake images which are made for duping people. Nothing official has been heard by any of the companies. Neither Samsung nor Apple has said anything over the update so as if now it is only news for every one of us until it is officially confirmed. Most of the people owing the Samsung S2 gear are excited about the latest app and are hoping for the expected launch of the app soon.
