Re/Code has recently uploaded a report stating a new development in the Apple Pay section. Apple Pay is one of the largest forms of online payment used all across the world by almost all Apple device users. According to the report provided by Re/Code, the company is looking to expand the platform on which Apple Pay runs and include them over the World Wide Web as soon as possible. According to them, Apple will be able to start this off before the holiday season starts off.
According to the report, the users can now purchase items from online retail stores without ever having to enter their card numbers or details. Since Apple Pay is much more secure and saves card information of the user, one can simply use that facility to pay off any price using only Apple Pay. Although an exciting news, the actual details of the whole news is quite vague. Many are saying that the facility will only be for users who have the facility of the Touch ID system on their Apple devices. On the other hand, some are expecting that the Apple Pay facility will also be added to the Mac Book.
In actuality, Apple is a bit skeptical to allow Mac users to use Apple Pay without Touch ID security system. This also hints towards a rumor which has been spreading for quite a while now. The rumor states that the company is actually looking to include the Touch ID system to at least the laptop section of its Macs. As for the actual working of the Apple Pay system, it will be similar to the working of PayPal. The same way PayPal users pay online using the facility, Apple Pay users will be able to do exactly the same.
