A few years back, Apple had launched their new version of iPad, the one with an inbuilt Retina Display system. Most Apple enthusiasts purchased the new device and were quite happy to have possession of it. On the other hand, in a few months that followed, Apple launched a newer version of the Apple iPad, with much more exciting features and upgrades. This sudden launch in close succession made the slightly older model obsolete.
Similar event occurred just a few months back. Apple had introduced and launched its formerly new Apple iPad Air 2. Many purchased the new model and were quite proud to be the first owners of the Apple iPad Air 2. To their dismay, just a few months later, in an annual event Apple had on 21st March, Apple again launched a new and improved iPad model. With several upgraded features in this new iPad, Apple unknowingly made the six months old Apple iPad, obsolete.
With this newer version, Apple may actually ignore the presence of the slightly older version. The users may have a problem regarding the updates and the upgrades of the iPad Air 2 since it is most likely that Apple developers will concentrate more on the newer version of Apple iPad.
This is posing to be a big problem for Apple device users. As Apple did this more than once, consumers will have a fear of buying new Apple products, since a newer model may be released much sooner, making their purchased model almost obsolete. On approaching Apple regarding this dilemma among the consumers, Apple kept mum and provided with no comment. As per the statements of the consumers, they actually want Apple to hold on to one device for at least some time before introducing and launching a newer version of the product.
