Ways tools had made an official announcement during January 2015 pertaining to their latest product called TextBade. This is a keyboard that is said to be collapsible and compact. As soon as the concept was announced, there was a lot of interest that was sparked, in regards to the multilayered and unique layout which can take the place of a regular keyboard along with 8 big smart keys.
Refinements and various other issues pertaining to the production, as well as various other challenges have become the reason as to why the release of the TextBlade was delayed. Originally, it was supposed to be shipped out to the customers who had already ordered the product during the beginning of the 2015 year. Many customers are already frustrated due to the delay in the development period. The Text blade is finally ready to be shipped to a limited number of customers who are part of the testing face. Once the customers receive the product, they will check the product out and also provide necessary feedbacks.
For the customers who have volunteered to be a part of the test phase, the company has put them all into a group which has been made TextBlade Test Release Group. The TREG group will carry out all the necessary aspects of the testing phase. The customers who were part of the group were informed through the company’s special pre order page. Due to the fact that the number of people that had applied was too much for the organisation to accommodated, the list of the selective few who would be a part of it and would receive the product has been officially announced. The whole concept of the test phase is to rule out any final bugs that the company may come across during this time before the release goes into full swing.
