This will replace the memorable questions and passwords that is the present security process. It is said that they are planning to introduce the voice‐recognition and Touch ID. This option is said to be given to the customers of the banks UK branches.
The First Direct customers are going to be offered the fingerprint and voice recognition. This is said to happen in the following few weeks.
