In a new project called the Dunce Case, it is providing a case that can be used for the PC to look very close to and even copying the well known Apple Mack Pro’s cylindrical design. The colors that are available right now in the market are gold or black and the case has an aluminium body. As per the promise made by the Dunce Case, it claims to be a housing that is innovative, stylish and sleek and offers a good PC case alternative than to the normal one’s that you get in the market.
There is no reference that claims that the design has been inspired by the Mac Pro, however the claims that are made is that the idea and design is a fresh one. In comparison to the Mac Pro, the Dune Case is very different. Internally, the Mac Pro claims to have a signature feature that allows the absorption and disbursement of heat. The Mac Pro is said to be smaller than the Dune Case.
The cylindrical form of the design helps in the promotion of a natural airflow which can help in a thermal performance that is superb. It also provides a flexibility and freedom for the settings to be customized. When you look at the conventional management of the airflow, there are many areas which do not have any kind of ventilation which leaves lot of areas without any kind of circulation as well as recycled hot air.
The thermal dynamics of the Dune Case design is said to be one that promotes the ability to pull the hot air vertically and out of the lid. This helps to keep the temperatures down. While the present market cost for the Mac Pro is said to be $2000 and above, the early bird Dune Case PC price is said to be at $159.
