The patent has been filed today by Apple. You never know Apple may begin working on the idea and develop it anytime sooner. Well it is also true that most of the patents filed by Apple do not actually come to existence. Apple likes to play with ideas. They are the first company in the world to introduce the most number of patents in the field of technology.

The latest crown feature in the Apple is an interesting piece of art. It has attached multiple features with the usage of the digital crown in the phone. It will be used for scrolling the webpage, adjusting the volume, locking or unlocking screen with the push button feature and will also help in clicking pictures as well. As per the opinion poll done with users, only 16 percent users agreed on having a thumb wheel for their iPhone. Majority of them find it ugly and don’t need them.
