Apple SE Faces Higher Consumer Demand

The newest phone of the Apple, iPhone SE was launched for those people who could not afford iPhone 6 in the market. Last year iPhone 6 models almost came like a bump in the market. It shattered many dreams of those people who so desperately wanted to buy an iPhone however could not afford the price tag of the Apple. iPhone SE was the middle path for all of them.

It carried all the features of the iPhone 6 with the screen size of the iPhone 5. According to the latest reports, Apple claims that their iPhone Se has successfully able to tackle 16 percent of the market in United States. The report has been published by Steven Milunovich (The Consumer Intelligence Research Partners and UBS analyst).

The reports show that iPhone SE is completely flashing in the market. People are desperate enough to buy these handsets of the Apple. More than 26 percent of the people who are using the iPhone 4s handsets are getting themselves upgrade with the iPhone SE handsets now as compared with the 16 percent in the last quarter. A lot of people are unwilling to buy larger screen iPhones and that is how the demand for iPhone 6 plus felled in the market.

The only drawback with this model is the lower storage option. iPhone SE is coming with 16 and 64 GB variant and that is how it leaves no particular option for the consumer to choose. The demand for iPhones with higher storage capacity has shown a positive bend. More than 11 percent increase has been seen in the demand from the people asking for higher internal storage phones in the March quarter. iPhone 7 is about to be launched this September, Apple is trying to cover the losses last year they faced with iPhone 6 models.
