After Apple, now Amazon has launched their own channels with audio content being uploaded for the viewers. The latest podcast channel of the Amazon includes some of the hand chosen content from the like The Onion, The Wall Street Journal and the Scientific American, etc.

Amazon is also working on some of the original content and titles at the moment. They aim to provide a direct viewership to the users for their original series. Amazon seems confident too. They are positive about their step of indulging themselves into such businesses proposal.

The fresh titles of the Amazon include some of the titles like Presidents Are People Too, Breasts Unbound and Mortal City. There are at least 40 shows listed under production originally by Amazon as reported by Bloomberg. The cost price of the subscription for the own channel of the Amazon is priced at $4.95 a month however the service is free for the people who owns the $14.95 each month subscription of their audible channel. This is probably a way of the company to market their product.

The Audible service of the Amazon is a very niche product. Audible is purely focusing over the podcasts and the audible content. The competition is very tough indeed for the Amazon however they are still amongst the top distributors of the podcasts. Rumors suggest that Amazon is also trying to lure the consumers with better offers for them. They are trying to enter the competition against the leading companies Apple Music and Spotify. They are also trying to make the videos available for the people separately via their prime account too. Amazon is intensifying the competition for the companies by getting themselves under new heads.
